Yes. Your admins define the service catalog, intake forms, required documents and simple step-by-step workflows in the workspace — no code changes. Published versions are kept, so requests already in progress are never disrupted.
Yes. Implementation and configuration are offered as a distinct engagement alongside the license: setting up your branding, domain, services and team, and importing your existing client list.
The workspace and client portal are built for English and Arabic, including right-to-left layouts and locale-aware dates and numbers.
Not by default. Operating your installation does not require reading your records. If support needs access, it goes through an explicit, time-bound approval that you grant and that is recorded in the audit trail.
